I had been made redundant after 20 years and really didn’t know where to start, Ginnie helped me through what was an overwhelming time. I got the first job I applied for.

Following redundancy, and working with Ginnie I got the first job I applied for and 6 months from there I was promoted.

Following my time with Ginnie, I have now been able to start the transition into the role I have been looking for.
