What you can expect / How does it work?
Following an initial consultation, the on call outplacement mentoring support programme is engaged for a 4 week duration (which can be extended). You will receive expert telephone guidance and support as and when you need it, at your convenience.
I will be on hand to guide you through various recruitment challenges and processes as you experience, including; preparing for an interview, getting the best out of assessment centres, resignation, negotiating (or declining) job offers, counter-offers, notice period, first day in your new job. Plus everything in between such as marketing your own brand, managing potential Employers, duplicate applications, managing recruitment agencies, etc. Be assured, you do not need to log in or remember any passwords to access, expert information and immediate support!
