Ginnie Riley will work with you practically, at your pace – please note there are no self-directed online learning deviations – this is a one-to-one program with Ginnie, developing your knowledge and understanding, creating your customised job search tools, maximising the potential of each weapon in your armoury and fully developing an incredibly powerful Transition Toolkit. 

Your transition toolkit will consist of 6 essential tools, encompassing; your personal branding, action planning and mapping in a hidden market and networking to raise your profile in the core of your career world.

• High-impact CV your CV created from scratch, deep dive into your career, clearly defining your candidate value proposition (what you are), showcasing your areas of expertise, career sizzle and brilliance. Your new, high impact CV will be customisable, so you can easily edit and match each career opportunity and appeal to your targeted job market. You will be also provided with a CV Aide-Mémoire.
• Focused job search strategy key emphasis on your career goals, career anchors and qualifiers and creating a targeted action plan and map. Also includes how to execute your job search, tap into the hidden job market and manage your own speculative and targeted campaign, targeting companies and individuals.
• Linkedin strategy optimising your profile, settings, personal branding, upgrade or not, engagement & activity, credibility & endorsement, raising your profile in a crowded market & getting noticed by strangers, research, intelligence, insights, metrics.
• Your Network ..  your network is your greatest asset. Maximising the potential of your existing network of contacts and refreshing your network with new good quality contacts. Building a network in the core of where you need to be and convert strangers to hirers.
• Action agree an action plan and next steps. Including 3 check-in sessions with Ginnie, following completion of the program.
• Your Mindset Ginnie will work with you throughout this therapeutic and energizing process, developing a positive and resilient mindset, increasing your confidence and driving motivation.

Following program completion, we will then schedule 3 check-in progress reviews with Ginnie, as you embark on your career transition journey, implement your job search strategies and fully utilise your transition toolkit.
