Ginnie's knowledge and expertise have amassed from a blended career in HR, Manufacturing and Recruitment and more recently as a successful recruitment business owner and Career Transition Coach.

With an extensive background in career transition, including 20 years in recruitment, including 11 years successfully running her own recruitment business,  Ginnie’s earlier HR career spanned the drinks, automotive and chilled foods manufacturing sectors, in high growth,  blue-chip organisations;  Allied Domecq, Johnson Controls Automotive and Northern Foods (Solway Foods).

Following a direct approach and the completion of a world-class training program, Ginnie’s career evolved in executive search, with MRI Worldwide, formally Humana International.  In 2007, Ginnie set up her own executive search business, Harmas Riley, recruiting professionals across all disciplines in the food and drink manufacturing sector.

Spotting an opportunity in the recruitment landscape, in 2017 Ginnie set up Jobsearchwarrior, a coaching business focused on supporting professionals with their career transition on a much more practical and personal level. This was a continuation of the support she had been providing through her recruitment business and filled a much-needed void of support for professionals embarking on career change and in need of expert guidance and practical help along the way.
